Rotary Fellowship for Agriculture and Farming
Rotary Fellowship for Agriculture & Farming (RFAF) was founded to give Rotarians, Rotaractors, alumni, and friends of Rotary who care about agriculture a place to connect, learn, and work together.
Farming touches nearly every community on earth, yet the people growing our food often face the same challenges no matter which country they call home: unpredictable weather, thin margins, and limited access to new tools and techniques.
RFAF exists to close that gap by bringing together people across cultures and continents who understand these challenges firsthand. Our members share knowledge on sustainable and regenerative farming practices, support rural communities through education and hands on projects, and help advance agricultural innovation so farmers everywhere can improve yields and livelihoods.
Whether you're a lifelong farmer, an agribusiness professional, or simply someone who believes in the power of agriculture to strengthen communities, RFAF welcomes you into a growing global network working toward a more resilient and sustainable future for farming.

Rtn Shiva Kumar BL
Fellowship Chairman | District 3191
Rtn. Shiva Kumar B.L. is a committed Rotary leader and an accomplished technologist with over three decades of expertise in Information Technology, GIS, Remote Sensing, and CAD-based mapping solutions. He currently serves as the Director – Environment at Rotary Bangalore South Parade (2021–22 to 2024–25), marking three consecutive years of impactful service.
In Rotary District leadership, he has contributed significantly to agricultural sustainability and environmental initiatives, serving as the Chairman, District 3190 Agriculture Committee (2021–22 to 2022–23) and as Director, District 3191 Agriculture Committee (2022–23 to 2024–25) for two consecutive years. He has also contributed to global environmental efforts as Director – ESRAG Mapping Technology – Membership (2020–21 & 2021–22).

Rtn Akshai Mallappa

Rtn. Akshai Mallappa is an accomplished professional with over three decades of global experience in the IT and technology sector. A Mechanical Engineer from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, he has worked with renowned multinational companies including IBM (USA), Digital Equipment Corporation, Hewlett Packard, and Cisco Systems in India. His career reflects a strong foundation in technology leadership, operations, and strategic development.
As the Chief of Strategy & Operations at rProcess Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd., a social enterprise he co-founded 15 years ago, Akshai has been instrumental in enabling skilled job creation in Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns. Today, rProcess employs over 2,000 young graduates across its centers in Mysore, Chamarajanagar, and Tamil Nadu, creating sustainable employment and empowering local communities.
Beyond his professional contributions, Akshai is actively associated with several charitable trusts and NGOs, especially those focused on education for underprivileged children and support for people with disabilities. His work reflects a deep commitment to social responsibility and inclusive development.
Rtn Sanjay Krishna

Rtn. Sanjay Krishna is a fifth-generation lawyer who has carried forward his family's distinguished legacy in the field of law. With 28 years of professional practice, he is the Founder Partner of TRIALBASE, a well-established law firm now in its 19th year. His deep grounding in legal tradition, combined with decades of experience, has shaped him into a respected practitioner known for his integrity, commitment, and leadership.
Influenced by his mother's agricultural roots, Sanjay developed a profound love for nature, wildlife, and outdoor exploration. This passion has grown into a lifelong pursuit of environmental protection. In 2021, he founded the Rotary Fellowship of Wildlifers for Conservation and currently serves as its International Chair, leading global efforts to promote wildlife preservation and responsible nature stewardship.
He is currently a member of Rotary Bangalore DownTowners, RID 3192, and serves as the District Joint Secretary of Rotary Fellowships, supporting the growth, visibility, and engagement of fellowship groups across the district.
